By creating an account or using FranceVPS services, you agree to these Terms.
FranceVPS provides Cloud VPS, GPU VPS, Dedicated Servers, and related infrastructure services as described on this website.
You are responsible for: account credentials security, all activity on your account, complying with the Acceptable Use Policy, and timely payment.
Prices are listed on the website and in your dashboard. Billing is monthly or yearly in advance for committed plans, hourly in arrears for on-demand. Prices in EUR, exclusive of applicable VAT.

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for AUP violation, non-payment, or fraud.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
French law applies. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
