SLA-backed response times. 15-minute first response on critical tickets, 30-minute on high priority. Service credits if we miss it — automated, no need to claim.
Dedicated Slack/Teams channel. Direct line to the engineering team, no ticket queue. Most operational questions are answered in <5 minutes.
Architecture review. Twice-yearly review of your topology with our solution architects. Recommendations on cost optimization, reliability, and security.
Custom contracts. Master Services Agreements, custom DPA, indemnification terms. Our legal team works directly with yours.
Regulatory support. Dedicated contact for SecNumCloud questionnaires, GDPR audits, healthcare data (HDS) certification documentation.

Pricing

Business Program has no separate fee. The TAM and SLA are bundled into the volume discount — at €5,000+ annual commitment you receive 5% off list price plus the program; at €25,000+ you receive 15% off; at €100,000+ you receive 25-30% off depending on product mix.
