How FranceVPS complies with the General Data Protection Regulation.
FranceVPS is fully GDPR-compliant. As a French company processing data primarily for EU customers, GDPR isn't a checkbox — it's our default operating model.
A signed DPA is available for all customers. Standard DPA at francevps-dpa.pdf. Custom DPAs available for Business Program customers.

We notify customers 30 days before adding any new subprocessor.
You can exercise GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection) via dpo@fra-vps.com. Response within 30 days.
FranceVPS does not transfer customer-controlled data outside the EU. Customer data resides exclusively in our French datacenters.
In the unlikely event of a personal data breach, we notify CNIL within 72 hours and affected customers without undue delay.
